Drive thru. I like this place. Will recommend. Pleasant people. With warm smile. Attentive. My white choco mocha was Taste good. I had a bad experienced at Starbucks Camarillo, I ordered the same thing, they gave me a hot chocolate taste like homey hot choco. Yikes!!!

I love this location, ive been going for over a year, and Atleast 5X a week… I’ve had a few problems here and there but nothing too major.Yesterday morning I bought my sister a cake pop and there was a roach! In the bag on the cake pop! I couldn’t believe it.. don’t know if I’ll go again because it scared the heck out of me, and it was gross.. :( sad because I ALWAYS go there. Oh well! :( other than that, awesome spot.
I would like to thank Alexa, assistant supervisor at the drive thru Starbucks store on Victoria Ave in Ventura. She was a great help to me in untangling an e-gift situation and solving it easily. Alexa has natural warmth in her communication and shows much skill and knowledge.Today she brought excellent customer service to this Starbucks store.
I mean... not only have they gotten my order wrong all 3 times I've visited... but this location is customer UNfriendly, dog UNfriendly... they don't even bother putting a trash bin outside for their patrons. Every time I go to a Starbucks, I'm reminded of why I actually prefer CBTL.

Overall this place is very nice. Clean. Has beautiful landscaping including a living wall full of ferns and succulent plants. Nice outside area with the exception of the opened patio to the drive thru. I don't want to be smelling exhaust from cars while trying to enjoy my oatmeal and drink. Please conside putting in at least a 1/2 wall between the drive thru and outside patio. And perhaps once you put outside wall up..design it so plants are on top..cascading down wall. Just a suggestion.
