Quiet small store, super friendly staff. Barista treated an unhoused psychotic woman with kindness and gave her an ice water. Lovely
To be honest, I used to love this location and was fooled into thinking they were actually nice, but today one woman argued with me to try and charge me $5 for an ice water and literally 2-3 oz of lemonade. I was shaking bc she just kept going back and forth with me. You’re not supposed to argue and embarass customers. MOBILE ORDER this location and honestly any.They’ve made the best iced brown sugar lattes in the past and efforts to call me “friend,” sort of in a cult-like fashion back when I was here on the regular. (Like, daily in 2021).Well today (because I’ve had a uti and need clean water not acidic coffee and I’m in pain) I decided to get a trenta sized water with *some* (key word) lemonade and strawberry pieces.“I have to charge you as a tea latte,” was what I was told by a sweet sounding guy.I didn’t really hear what he said due to the noise volume.“Oh yeah that’s ok, I’ll pay for the strawberries and lemonade.”At this point I noticed he was fumbling with the buttons. I was confused because all you have to do is press WATER - ADD ICE - ADD LEMONADE- ADD STRAWBERRY and it doesn’t amount to over a dollar.He was trying to charge me $5+ for 29 oz of water and 2 oz of lemonade. I didn’t get angry, just more confused.Cue the blonde, obese barista (I don’t know her name) who interjected and yelled in front of everyone that he is supposed to do it that way.She made a point of making a speech about it which is kind of silly because I’ve never been charged $5+ for this drink anywhere else.“That’s kind of crazy to charge $5 for a large water and some lemonade. I’m not asking for half and half.”“I can get my supervisors,” she threatened after realizing I was right.I was honestly afraid she was going to blow up on me or embarrass me further and make a scene because obese people lack self restraint with food, so why not emotions, so I just left.I mean you should just give a trenta water to people who ask and not try to rip $5+ out of their hands, yikes. It’s not a tea latte either, there is no tea. How am I your “friend” if you treated me this way? You’re in actuality more like the fat girl who bullies kids in high school.
It says it opens at 4:30am but when I showed up at 4:45 am it was still closed with doors locked!!!
Very worth it! It was my first experience here and I was really happy that the staff accommodated me like I am a regular customer. I like the taste of the coffee latte that he served. The book I read also was great. It was an ideal place for coffee lovers. Come and visit!

I was visiting in town and came to this location several times. I experienced Great service + and my drink was made correctly. The line was long but they have efficient staff working at this location so it moved quickly. I will be back! I LOVE Starbucks.

It is really comfortable to sit in their seats and couches. I'd like to return to this location in the not-too-distant future. The internet connection is quite fast, and it is also unrestricted.
There are outlets for charging your phone or laptop, and the wi-fi is lightning fast. The best part is that all of their books are available for free.
The people here are really nice.Even though in the past they mixed up iced drinks and made them hot, they completely made up for that last time. I was really surprised.I think they make the best drinks at this location. I like that they made an effort to value me. A lot of the people here try to be friendly and I love that vibe.
