Was denied a cup of ice today which blew my mind. I have asked for and received multiple small cups of ice for the beverages I have purchased at Target in the past however this time was different. Im not sure if the employee was a manager or not but he seemed older and when the cashier advised him that I was asking for a small cup of ice he said, " yeah, we don't do that." I would have even paid a fair amount for the ice if it was required but I was straight out denied. I will not make any future purchases at that Starbucks. Very disappointed in the customer service!
