There’s this one lady, seems like a supervisor. Blonde. Absolute witch; makes the experience an unpleasant, ego filled, heavy vibe. I’ll edit this with her name next time I see her.
I wish I could rate the customer service zero stars. The employ was very rude. I walked in with my Service Dog and she didn’t let her in. She immediately stopped me telling me that there’s no dogs allowed with an attitude. I told her she’s my service dog and she rolled her eyes at me. That made me very upset and I felt that I had no choice but to leave.
I was in the drive-thru this morning at 11:00 a.m. The young lady who took my order couldn't have been nicer... At the window, was another story. The young man needs to be taken off the window or get some manners. He was very abrupt when I couldn't get my phone in the correct light for him... also, I ordered my latte with no foam...what did I get ..loaded with milk foam...and the order on the cup was correct... at $4.75 a cup, the order should be correct. Too many Starbucks in town for this kind of service..

Younger staff doesn’t listen.. didn’t add sauces that I asked for that she claimed she understood. Wrong cup size, I ordered a venti. The solution? Just poured it into a venti cup.. the ratio was thrown off & not right since the first was a tall cup…..
Great lattes but always overcharge people compares to other starbucks.
