I usually come to this Starbucks since it’s the closest drive thru to me and usually have no problems. Today on the other hand was anything from pleasant. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and a ham and Swiss on a croissant. Instead I was given a hot chocolate and an extremely burnt croissant. The girl at the register was just ok bye extremely rude.
The girls were really rude and when asked a simple question they snapped back. They also ignored my elderly mother who was asking another question (they messed up her name and wrote “Linda” instead of her actual name and she didn’t want to take someone else’s drink). They rudely got in her face.
They are always so nice to my students
The worst Starbucks in Ventura Country ? First time at this location and the last one. Had to throw my drinks and go to another Starbucks because I didn’t feel comfortable with my order. Good thing where was a witnesses there. Spoke to manger that looked like she didn’t care.
Location is next to college! I like kickback or study before or after class at My fav Starbucks coffee shop!
The absolute worst Starbucks in town. So busy telling you what they don't have, won't listen to make the drink you ordered. Never again!

Had an XL drink and the store was out of accomidating straws. They gave me a sturing straw and said that's all they had. Well I wish she would of told me that before I ordered....
Even the line was loooooonnnngggg, the person at the window was kind, friendly and professional. Our drinks were perfect!
This is the busiest Starbucks I've ever seen. They did a good job of keeping the line moving. As for the coffee, Starbucks is to coffee what McDonald's is to hamburgers...
