everything was fresh and good tasting

So disappointed! We will not return. Several people on front of us. We were told there were no tables and it would be a 15 minute wait. People were only sitting in one small section. 5 empty tables, four that needed to be cleaned, 5 with people seated. We asked to seea manager
Took my mom to eat there and the service was bad! I’m a server too so I know how to give exceptions for iffy service but this girl was just not it! A tall chubby white with like pink hair who was our server and we only ordered a pizza and 2 drinks. We asked for ranch and refills and our server just said “okay” and just walked a few steps and sat down at a table for a good 15 minutes talking to her coworkers. Wish I was making this up but it was right in front of us too. Bad service! Not gonna lie tho but the food was really good ! My mom called it the best pizza she had ever tried (whiskey river )
Been coming here for years now and it continues to never disappoint. Very affordable that are not only cheap to buy but, so yummy to eat. Not only do the burgers hit you with a kick they also leave you with unlimited fries to boot! With just $11 (if you include the drink!) you could get their cheapest burger which is the haystack tavern double, which comes with two Pattie’s and fried crispy onion fries, completing a whole meal with just $11. 100% recommend here!
This is a place with lots of potential but the tiny things are the ones that affect how you feel. We stopped on our trip for dinner with the kids. We sat at the corner and it was freezing! We asked the staff a few times to take care of it and each time got different answers like they were not sure where the control unit was located, or they couldn't do that, etc. I just wanted to go outside to defrost. The little computer on the table was without batteries so instead of paying at the table, we needed to look for the waiter for the payment. Well, so easy to fix things like that, I hope they will do that. As for the food, it was good.
The waitress didn't help us for awhile, then by the time she did help us she didn't take our order right gave us burgers we didn't order. And gave me 2 separate bills and said she couldn't per it on the same bill. And didn't give me the total so I had to add it myself. And I was supposed to get $9 and change. She asked if I wanted change back YES. She brought back 9 and keep the change. Think our food was setting on the counter for a while fries were cool burger was cool and both my mom and mine were wrong burgers.
Our server barely came to check up on us, almost like we weren't there, bottomless sides and drinks are a scam and pointless since we our server never checked on us I get that it was busy but she didn't seem bothered about making us wait. Also they mixed up our burgers even though all we had to do was switch the plates but still. Also the food gave me mild food posioning. Food quality and service dipped hard, food used to be very good but not so much anymore. Very disappointing
This place used to be really really good. Lately it doesn’t seem the same. Ordered the mozzarella sticks only for half of them to come without any cheese in them. Service was a little slow but overall the staff was friendly.
I placed a large order to go today in person at the restaurant. Wait staff were all busy so the Manager actually handled our order. He was super friendly and efficient. Not only was the order exactly packaged as ordered, he tossed in extra fries for all the burger and sandwich dinners. The food was excellent as always. Thanks for the great meal and wonderful service!!
