Food is great! The only thing I was hope they improve is the selection of music they play and their speaker system
Food was good. I ordered a family meal with 3 sides of masubi and 1 side order of breaded shrimp. My husband picked up the food and DID NOT CHECK the order. We ended up getting 1 double item plate with all of our side orders. We called and they said come back and we will have the rest of your order ready for you. When he got there they said that we can pay for another family meal and I don't know who you spoke to. Terrible.... we left paying over $50 and received nothing close to that amount in food. The customer is not always right at this establishment. ?Check your food before you leave you may get more or less than what you ordered because they gave you someone else's order. Terrible customer service.
Ate here for the first time on the 8th of July. Usually, I'm stoke to enjoy some Hawaiian food, but when I dug into my teriyaki chicken, Kahlua pork, white rice, and mac salad lunch, I was disappointed. The meats are bland and rather flavorless. The rice was good and the mac salad was decent, but overall, I did not like my meal here. I have enjoyed much better quality and better tasting Hawaiian food than what is served here at Q & Q. If you like mediocre food, this is your place.
The only thing I wanna say about thus restaurant is that if you haven't been... your dumb. This place is the best.

If you are absolutely craving some food with a Hawaiian flair, this will do in a pinch. If you don’t have expectations that it will be similar to the food you may have sampled in Hawaii, this should suffice. Chicken Katsu (okay). White Rice (okay). Beef Plate (nope). Manapua (hard pass).
I tried to call in an order at 9:45 from my vehicle and the girl said I can’t take phone orders this late. I get that, so I told her I would see her in 3 min., she apologized and said ok. Showed up no more than 3 minutes later (as I live a couple blocks away). When I pulled up there was a guy mopping already the closed sign was up and doors locked. As o sit in my truck writing this review it’s 10:05 and lights are off and employees walking out. Either they don’t clean very well or close way earlier that 10 or maybe both, but I won’t be returning.Don’t put 10 if you aren’t gonna stay open till 10
Great Hawaiian Food & Friendly and kind Staff Always. I’d rather go here than L&L, for me the food tastes better, bigger portions, and it seems less expensive than L&L.
Food is good, front staff is oblivious. I walked out on a slow Sunday before even ordering, I'll just leave it at that.
