I know this is a newer business in the mall. And i didn’t really want to write this review but honestly I felt like I had to for others that might want to try it like me. This was my first time coming here I work in the mall and I had seen it and passed by because the food just didn’t seem trustworthy especially the poke. But I passed by today and noticed they had brown sugar boba so I decided to try it even thought it had a whooping price of $8.50 !!!! Which is way expensive!!!! Anyway I tried it they had almond milk which I was happy about so I subbed almond milk and they didn’t charge extra which was nice. When they gave it to me it did not look like the picture at all and I thought okay whatever maybe it will taste good. I took a sip immediately wanted to spit it out I don’t think you can call this boba the boba balls were very plastic and rubbery not soft and chewy. They also had no flavor at all. And the tea itself tasted like expired milk. And the straw didn’t even fit the boba. All in all I should’ve trusted my instincts and not tried out this place at all. My coworker said there smoothies are good but I won’t be returning unfortunately. I also tried the mango chicken and terriyaki and it wasn’t great either your better off getting Panda Express and for more your money’s worth.
Friendly and helpful service, they were accommodating for food allergies which is wonderful. Good prices for the food you’re getting overall, and my family loves their food. The flavors are just incredible, it’s the tastiest little spot in the mall.
Always fresh and consistent. Love the veggie poke bowls. While I haven't tried the meat choices my daughter loves the mango chicken with noodles.
I ordered a ramen but I waited over an hour for my order and I was disappointed as a result although the service interaction was pleasant. However whether it looked disorganized or just something else entirely I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere. This was my first time ever and to be blunt it's not how a first impression of a service order should go at all.NOT HAPPY.
I was planning on ordering the Mango Chicken but changed last minute to Fish Avocado Bowl. HUGE mistake! The salmon didn't look fresh and unsurprisingly didn't taste fresh either. For $12.00 plus after taxes I was very disappointed. Just took a few bites and eventually tossed it in the bin. What a waste. That was my first time with them and didn't get a good first impression. Service was okay though.
