A favorite spot in downtown Ventura. Wonderful little coffee and gift shop. The coffee (Beacon, roasted locally) is among my favorites. They also have nice pastries, delicious gelato, and a wonderful selection of chocolates. Add to that a gift shop with a fabulous selection of gift trinkets and cards and a great location. It's often a stop on walks whether morning, afternoon, or evening.
Fabulous coffee and other drinks and treats are always available never been disappointed in all of our visits.The gelato is great and baked good yummy
The place is interesting, got the small goods shop inside the cafe , things are a bit pricey but interesting. There are few seats inside but many seats outdoor , staffs are friendly, I ordered smoothies cause it’s sunny day, not sure that they use the fresh fruit(strawberry,banana,mango) cause it’s tasted and smell different from fresh fruits.One down point was the toilet is difficult to find.
Palermo is my go to coffee spot in Ventura. I look forward to going to visit my mama in part because I know I’ll get to try something tasty at Palermo.Their coffees and teas are delicious. I have tried a wide variety from the menu and they always make my drink perfectly. Most recently I had the Rose Latte for Valentines Day.They also have gelato, a bakery case with all sorts of treats, and a beautiful gift shop.I sat outside to enjoy my coffee with my doggo and they brought her a biscuit and a big old bowl of water. So appreciated! I didn’t need another reason to go to Palermo but this certainly added to my happiness!
My boyfriend and I tried their pistachio gelato and chocolate covered strawberry gelato with waffle cones. Pistachio flavor wasn't as creamy but it was definitely nutty. I could see the pistachio bits and taste them. Chocolate covered strawberry flavor was also delicious.

Our whole family loves this coffee shop! From the hot drinks to the gelato to the unique gifts, there's something here to delight each of us!
Always stop by after a good meal for there daily brews yummm. Plus there Gelato and chocolate truffle are bomb!!!

Coffee, chocolate and ice cream, what more do you need? They also have natural house products and souvenirs if you like to spend a bit more money
