Horrible experience. If I could give less then one star I would. This is my first bad review it’s something I just don’t do .. in this case had to.Reservations for 1:35 The lady at the counter handling seating was rude, not welcoming At All.1:55 being seated. (Party of 3)After we were seated it took a half hour for the waitress to take our drink order.. so at this point we put in our food order as well. Waitress seemed annoyed.Waitress passed by our table 3 times and said I’ll bring out your drinks right now… The drinks didn’t arrive so after 20 min more of waiting we asked a male waiter walking by if he could bring out our drinks. Which he was kind enough to do.No apology from the waitress, but after Another 35 min our food arrived. Different waitress brought out Tortillas 15 min after food arrival. This photo is what they call Carne Asada. This establishment should be embarrassed. There are plenty of other restaurants in Ventura county to visit. Do not waste your time/ money at this one.

The food is good. The waitress was friendly. There is so much potential. The location is great short walk to the beach. Nearby breweries.A BIT disorganized. Not big fan where you can see the entire kitchen. If you going have open kitchen it would have to be spotless. The menu is one page only one side is food. The prices are similar prices from what you pay at a Steakhouse. The presentation is nice whomever is the owner or head chef has formal training.

Atmosphere was great!! Service was awesome and the food was amazing !! I got the asada fries and definitely recommend, it’s an appetizer but can for sure fill you up!!

This was our first time going here and maybe it was because it was mother's day but it took an hour to get our food. It was around 1-2 in the afternoon and it seemed like others were also upset on wait times since there were other parties upset and going up to the kitchen to see what was taking long. Would've been nice if we were told that they were behind but there was no communication that there was gonna be a wait or that they were short staffed and when we were waiting for food there was still no communication, no one came by and asked how we were doing. If you know you're behind let your customers know so I don't waste my time and money. Because then when our food got there, my moms steak she ordered was hard to cut through w the knife they gave, the rice had hard pieces which seemed to be uncooked. My aguachilles were also for my taste eh. For how much we had to wait it just was not good and worth finishing it. I just paid and left. When we told them about our experience with everything the server had said they were behind in the kitchen, which like I said would've been awesome to know when we got there rather than an hour of just sitting there waiting. Communication and organization seemed pretty bad, so not sure if they were missing some people because the younger servers too just didn't seem experienced and looked like they didn't wanna be there. Giving them the benefit of the doubt though since other reviews seem pretty good so maybe got them on a bad day but it was overall just bad and won't be back myself.

Best Mexican food in the county! They are open for dine in and have a very nice, large, outdoor patio. The portions are good sized, especially for the tomahawk steak and ribeye. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of food they serve. They also have a huge selection of tequila and the margaritas taste great.

Micheladas and shrimp tacos!! The best!Customer service was great!! I recommend patio seating, love the vibes here ?

Amazing! Enjoyed an evening of fantastic food and margaritas with friends. We opted for the back patio for our meal and were thoroughly impressed. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive, and the Owner Guillermo was so accommodating and nice. This will be our new go to restaurant. Do your self a favor and try it out, you will not be disappointed.

So amazing. Best dinner I’ve had in Ventura in quite some time. This is one of those places that feels like you should keep a secret it’s so good. Went for family dinner, everyone had something different. Each person said oh my you have to try this… every bite was delicious. Definitely will be back.

The place is very nice, the patio area was huge and well decorated, walked in all were nice, I had looked at the menu prior to arriving so I already knew what I wanted. Chips and salsa where very yummy, was about to order and the waitress told me they didn't have any soups, I was really looking forward to the fish and shrimp soup. So instead I ordered the fried tilapia, was very dry unfortunately, my friend ordered the shrimp tacos now those were great ??, might come back when they start serving the soups again. Sauces were bomb! Service was great too! Defenitely will return.

Great outdoor patio dining area! Not far off the beaten path of Ventura's Main St., which was nice. Food was very good, casual dining, family owned.
