Tried the place for the first time today but it definitely won’t be the last time. We tried it because we wanted Thai and it had a high star rating, it deserves its 5 star rating.I had drunken noodles with shrimp and my friend had pineapple curry, finished the meal off with Mango Sticky rice, and it’s was all fantastic. I would imagine you could get anything off the menu here and it would be excellent.Service was personable and friendly, food came out quickly but not so fast fast you to make you think it’s not being made to order. All of the veggies were fresh, the shrimp was cooked perfectly (I hate over cooked shrimp), and the sticky rice was on point.Order with confidence, excellent little spot!
Anytime I see khao soi it's hard for me not to try it. Moons Thai did not disappoint. Savory and delicious. The service was awesome as well. Recommend to anyone in the area or if you are passing through.
I would include a picture of the food I ate but it was gone before I had a chance. I’m always looking for authentic Thai food, and generally order off the beaten path of pad Thai and fried rice. I got a papaya salad and the boat noodles! Flavor was excellent and prepared VERY well. Lots of herbs/flavor. Whole place run by ladies.
I don’t even know how to describe this. The food is beyond delicious, that’s actually an understatement. Neil is so nice and has phenomenal customer service. My man got the beef chow mein, I got the pad Thai level 3 spicy and we shared an order of the basil leaf stir fry. Everything was so delicious!!! NEIL YOULL BE SEEING US ATLEAST ONCE A WEEK ?
Good papaya salad, they make it spicy when requested! Very happy. Just dropped in for that and basic pad thai. Did not disappoint.Update: 1/23/22 the papaya salad is legit. I judge a thai place on how they treat somtam and I’m floored by the actual red chili’s and spice level. Thank you ?
Excellent food and service. Will definitely be back to this place. We had chicken satay, pineapple rice, and chicken pad Thai. All of them were great. My kids loved it. Definitely 5 stars considering there was nothing to complain about and the food and people were excellent!!
Some of the best Thai food I've ever had and I've been all over the United States and tried food from a lot of Thai restaurants. I'm particularly fond of their papaya salad but everything they make there is really well done.
By far the best authentic Thai cuisine in Ventura !!! Nice portions and good prices .
We really needed this delicious, high quality, healthy Thai restaurant. Everything is fresh, portions are generous, always have about 1/2 left over. No flat tires on the menu. Everything is served piping hot and when you ask for spicy you get ? as it should be.
