I don't normally visit McDonald's. That being said, I went for the first time this morning and tried their new oatmeal. It was surprisingly good for fast food oatmeal, the issue was with the service.It took almost 30 minutes to get Oatmeal and a hashbrown. I only got my order because I walked up to the counter after I had been there for 25 minutes and asked them to check on it as the board above listed it under "now serving". It had gotten lost among the other orders. I will admit that they were busy and appeared understaffed, but please be aware that, if you go to this McDonald's, you need to watch the time and might need to inquire after your order if it is busy.

#1 Check you order, #2 check your order, #3 check your order. These people never ever get it right so you will always be missing something. Trust me, just do not leave till you check that u got everything you ordered... Cause u probably didnt ?
I'm done with this location. They just can't get an order right. Better to try another spot.
Staff was friendly but can be hit and miss. Food was great however. A few street people around but they tend to keep to themselves. Cleanliness was so so tonight.
Juan the current supervisor or manager won't let me trade my Disney Anniversary toy for the Eternal toy. Others McDonald's does it and and have done it in the past every time. The cashier Matagi had to ask a tall female hispanic wearing a gray sweater who refused to give me her name and was not wearing tag unlike all other employees. Juan was not wearing a name tag either who refused to give me her name. They still have the Disney 50th Anniversary toy marketing board up along the driveway as well. They were power tripping at McDonald's at 2137 E Harbor Blvd Ventura?

I ordered a Big Mac meal and a chicken sandwich, a large drink.. ordered it online from doordash or GrubHub whichever at 11:30, and I'm on the Avenue.... Still have not received my order and it is now 1:00 p.m. no GrubHub ,No doordash!!!!I do not recommend placing an order online Sunday evenings nor any other time!!!When you order online you give them your credit card number, and they take it off right away!!, But when they want to hear you your credit back it takes two to three business days!!! Not very professional or customer conscience!!
charged me 2 times and didnt return my money. used a coupon code that didnt go through eather... and my large fry was only half full at best.
