Couldn't believe. That they messed up on two simple orders and my ? were salty almost had high blood pressure ??
McDonald's you are okay but you need I think take a little bit of a lesson on how the employees treat their customers Chick-fil-A they have the best friendliness staff
Sunday Before 8pm My partner of about 19 years ordered me a latte, his coffee, happy meal and some large fries. So if the order is in that means it should be complete no problem right. The short female who took our order and gave us our order said that the machine for the lattes was being cleaned out:(Im pretty sure im not the only customer who is tired of hearing this kind of bull at different locations throughout California. I dont understand why in the world we paid for a latte and ended with a regular coffee and didnt even get the price difference. I hate complaining but what is up with the situation with the machines or is it that this workers find it easy to just say the machines are being cleaned out etc. The workers seemed kind of lost with their work as well. Maybe more staff can help them out to get orders right etc. Some more training also for better customer service etc. A cashier should always be present or available to take orders. I saw a customer who was waiting to order. Mcdonalds makes more then enough money to be fully staffed at any location.
Very friendly staff everytime I've come here, unlike other McDonald's locations. Very fast drive thru and the food always comes out hot!
Ordered breakfast at McDonald's and it was such a long time through the drive-thru just to receive two sandwiches. And still when I paid they made me wait in another parking space for my food.
Don't have the classic ice cream cone dip ? seems like the team members in the evening can use a little puck me up. Other times early morning are quicker than most McDonald's around town. Good service.
Thank you McDonald's for keep the prices of your drinks low. My friends and I really appreciate it. We can have a soda or tea with our tasty quarter pounders and Big Macs without going broke. ?
It was after 7am, store was still closed, I knocked at door and a short girl with glasses came to the door saying, she can't not open door because they didn't have enough staff, I asked for her name, and she rudely said, I ain't giving you my name, they were customers outside freezing, she did not care and walked away, never again! Coming back to this Macdonald we left and ate at Dennys, they had enough staff there, and treated us like customers
The sweet tea is yellow and not sweet. WTH are y'all doing to people...
It was nice, I had breakfast inside with my Mom.
