I would advise checking all of your food before leaving the premesis. I ordered a double quarter pounder, with no pickles. Both times, the meat was reddish/ pink. The fries were soggy, and not fully cooked.I know it was a busy night, which is why I accept a refund. When I go back, I will update the rating based on the new experience.
Drive through always out into the street. Very difficult to get to the mobile pick up spots as they are past the drive through but you have to wait in the drive through to get to them anyway. Soda machine inside always out of flavoring, or has the wrong flavoring for drinks. Staff are too busy to talk about issues, this location is very clearly understaffed, and they do not seem to comprehend or care about issues anyway.
This McDonald's can't get an order correct to save their life.the service is pretty bad as well. If you happen to pay cash they never have the correct change in the drawer and always want the customer to skip the receiving their change. It's horrible
I ordered inside for takeout in order to use the terminal since this lets you easily do complex orders with modifications and add-on. You can order at the counter too but I think most people either do the drive-thru, order online and pick-up or do the terminal. I had no trouble with my order and like the order customization.UPDATE: I went in today and none of their terminals were open so I did a smaller order than I originally planned because I couldn't just press a button to give my order. I had to repeat what I ordered multiple times, not that I blame the person taking my order.
Poor quality food. I have always thought McDonald's fries were the best. Not at this location. Also asked for no cheese on one quarter pounder and no pickles on the other and neither request was granted. They didn't ask if we wanted ketchup packets and we were staying in a hotel so ?.
Been going here since I was a kid. This place is warm and cozy, food is great, service very attentive and warm. It feels nice spending money with a local business. 10/10
This place just can't get its sh.. together. Every single time I order something at the drive-thru something is missing. Last time they forgot the barbeque sauce for my nuggets and straw for my milkshake. This time they gave me 1 barbeque sauce when I clearly asked for 2. When I walked in to get the 2nd barbeque sauce a man next to me handed them his hamburger, opened it, and said "I got my burger but a crucial ingredient is missing". It had just a slice of cheese inside. I mean what the hell is going on at this location? lol.If any of you come to this place MAKE SURE to check everything after you receive it. And that might include even opening your hamburger to see that everything that should be there is there. Do not leave this location until checking that you received everything.
If you’re a DoorDash driver , this place sucks with the customer service after 9pm, I understand that you are understaffed but having to wait for an hour in the drive thru just to pick up an order like seriously?? I’d recommended to not take a DoorDash order from this McDonald’s !
McMuffins are delicious. McGriddles are sweet and tasty. Breakfast chicken is disappointing. Tyson chicken patty on a biscuit / McGriddle. Not worth the 2 for $3.50.
Usually this is a very good and clean place. Last week it wasnt one I recommend. I wont judge them for one visit, but it was a bad one.
