Barbecue Barbeque Salad

Updated review 2.0 went back and they still have the same bitter workers here. Food is good here only problem is the staff here is always in a bad mood. The simply don't have any people skills for something as simple as taking an order for a sandwich. Also they will mess up your meal if you don't tip them. Used to be legit but now they just don't care about the customers

Not the best bbq. I'll try and be as honest as I can. The trip tip was okay it was tender not very flavorful but good enough I guess. The chicken was really red and pink inside so my girlfriend didn't feel comfortable eating it so that was a waste. I tried a bit and it tasted weird and flavorless. The potato salad was alright. The macaroni and cheese was God awful. I'd compare the Mac n cheese to Kraft Mac n cheese that's been made with too much liquid. The Mac n cheese has what looks like cheese on it but it has zero flavor of cheese and pasta was really over cooked. Unfortunately as weird as it is to say the only thing we enjoyed was the garlic bread and their BBQ sauce.

So glad we found the BBQ place. Everything is super delicious.

Sometimes it's nice to have someone who knows what they're doing bbq for you. Good prices, good food, happy belly.I got the tri tip and chicken, and hot link. With baked beans. All bomb. The ribs were a bit lackluster tho but everything else I've tried was great.

The atmosphere good. Portion size a little small on sandwich. Cole Slaw good; size was on larger size . I do not agree with other posts that say it was the best but it was good.

Absolutely delicious! We got half tritip and half rack ribs combo came with two sides and a green salad and garlic bread. We alsi got a pulled pork sandwhich came with one side and a small drink. We normally take pictures but idk what happened it looked and smelled so good we dove in and completely forgot to take pictures. As for the staff everyone was so incredibly nice from the guy barbequing to the person taking our order incredibly friendly. We were thanked for choosing their restaurant. I cant say i can ever recall a store thanking me for visiting their store. Everything was awesome we will definitely be back again. For the sides: we got cole slaw mac and cheese and potato salad we went for sweet potato casserole but everyone must love it bc it was sold out. Thats ok we will try ut next time. ❤❤❤

Hands down my favorite BBQ place in Ventura County? I got a pull pork sandwich with baked beans and my boyfriend got a burrito

This place is by far the best barbecue I have ever had. They're homemade mac and cheese is screaming with flavor and they're homemade spicy barbecue sauce makes the perfect dip for whatever me you get and they're grilled garlic bread ???

The beef ribs were great, The coleslaw was chewy. The dining area was a bit shabby but adequate for a quick meal. They did have a menu that was larger than competing BBQ restaurants in the area and the prices were competative.

Marshall's Bodacious BBQ was just ok. They try to have the street dog feel to it with the elote called dirty corn and bacon wraps hot dogs. I gave it three stars because it was good but the bacon wrapped hot dogs you get while shopping downtown are wayyy better and way cheaper. So I suggest if you like this type of street food go downtown to get a better more authentic version and find the corn man on the street.
