Straight out of the 70s with today's attitude. Nice service, good food at a fair price. This will remind you of an old TV show, only the servers have changed!

After many months of close down as per our Governor. I went back to this coffee. It was one of my favorite places in Ventura. All of the prices of course much higher. I ordered one of things I used to enjoy. A chili size. It was not the "home made" chili any more just beans with a little chili powder and much less food. I chose the onion rings, as the side, used to be so good and generous. Now they were all made so fake with one tiny strand of onion in each one. Obviously fake, and right out of plastic bag in the freezer. I know prices are higher now to say the least but aren't you supposed to maintain a little value? Only the waitresses are mice, so I left the usual expected tip, why should they suffer? For seventeen dollars out the door. I could have had a feast and much better food at Jack in the box.

My companion had a breakfast burrito, and it looked like it had a whole pound of bacon inside. We were both full a week later though we couldn't eat everything. The servings are huge.Service is good and prices are great. A good place to get your belly full.

Awesome food experience, extensive menu featuring breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, with everything in between. Generous portions and most items served anytime. A Classic American style old fashioned coffee shop. Great food and service at reasonable prices.
