Living in Ventura County, and more specifically Ventura & Oxnard cities for the past 50 years...how did I not know about this place?! Service was impeccable, food was incredible (thought I was back in Toulouse except the portion sizes were definitely American) It was the perfect brunch before going for my mani/pedi next door. I will be back to try everything on the menu!
Had and an absolutely great breakfast with family here. We had a wonderful time sitting outside. They don't take reservations but Manny told me to come a bit early when I called a week ahead and he had everything ready. He was a stellar enthusiastic server that knows the menu and made it a great day. The food was yummy. Parking can be a pain on the weekend unless you get there early then we had no problem. Later joiners had to park on the street but sitting outside was wonderful. They have a full bar and the food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their time so this was a hit. Manny made the day awesome. Looking forward to coming back soon. The baguettes and croissants are heavenly too.

Bland steak and an unbelievable price for steak and eggs. Steaks came out raw. I suspect the Au gratin came from a microwave as the dairy and oil was separated. We were there for an hour and a half. I would have left two starts but the manager and I assume proprietor argued with me over our displeasure after we had a 112 dollar breakfast bill for 2 people. We wouldn't have minded paying top dollar for a top dollar steak and eggs. Raw steak. Hard bottomed sunny side up eggs and microwaved au gratin is not that.

Easily my new favorite spot for breakfast in Ventura/Oxnard. I ordered the quick Frenchie and my wife ordered the french toast. Both were absolutely delicious. The crossaint was nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The eggs were fluffy and the melted cheese was gooey just how I like it. My wife ordered the French toast which looked like it was lightly breaded. I tried some of the French toast and I was really impressed. My wife ordered a cappuccino to top it off and I had a house coffee with my meal. We stopped by bakery on the other side on way our and got a cookie for my daughter and a Napoleon for us to split later. Definitely come by here you won't regret it.
Amazing food, great setting. Very authentic and reminds me of France. Service was good and the chef was on site “very French” !! 5 stars

Relaxed, welcoming! 100% Frenchman owned, Jean. Knock out! Authentic, insane quality. Been a favorite of mine for many years.All baked goods I've had are better than my time in France. Oatmeal cookies are from another planet!Not an advertisement, I just truely love this place!
