This store was understaffed, they shutdown the Lobby. They are not Aspergers friendly. They don't care if you don't have a vehicle.You will not get served, unless you pay with the app. The app charged me 2 times for the same meal. The other drivers where upset because I and another person where trying to place our order. All they care about is what corporate has to say and not about their disadvantaged customers.
I got here 25 min before they close and there was no response from the drive thru so I drove around to the window to see if there was anybody in the store and I couldn't see anybody but all the lights were on and computers so that was kind of weird I decided to just drive around the block and look into the store from the street and the employees literally got out from under the counter laughing...every time I go to this kfc the employees are very slow rude and condescending.. I've been already avoiding going here but after this I'm for sure never coming back

Not only did KFC take away the $5 lunch boxes the price is ridiculous for what you get now and they gave me the wrong side order
OUR FOOD WAS PERFECT:) Last nights staff did great i didnt even check my order after we pulled out of drive thru. We were in a hurry. We were so hungry after we had wasted time at Port Hueneme Burger King due to not getting my chicken sandwhich through drive thru a month ago today. We live past Santa Barbara and Man IT WAS FINGER LICKING GOOD:) I AM SO GREATFUL. AMEN:)
Super disappointing. Haven’t been to KFC in years decided some chicken might be good. Six piece chicken tenders. Chicken was so dry you cannot bite into it. Tried to call the store to see if they were willing to fix the problem no answer. Basically $16 down the drain probably won’t ever go back. So disappointing they used to be really good.
Quality has really went down hill. The employees are rude and could show it any better. Also, they will allow you to come in the store if you have ordered online, but can’t make an order to go at all. They went the app route to have less interaction with people. Maybe a good thing, their customer service skills are 0-10
Absolutely the worst! Thank God other KFCs aren't run like this!This location seems to have something against using their Dinning Room and the customers that just don't want to go through one more Drive-thru...Pass on this place, unless you enjoy or are into inhaling exhaust.
Very disappointed with the service walked into the seating area just before 7 pm the sign showed open but the cashier said lobby closed use drive thru, she must of repeated herself several times she was very hard to understand she didn’t give any explanation and walked away, I did use your drive thru which took sometime because of the guest I’m front of us, I had a large order we had no complaints on the food but I was missing two small items,
Drive thru is horrible. Make sure you check your bags before you leave, they forget to make sure you got what you ordered. They tell you it's all there but last 2 times they were wrong
