the food is good. the service was a little bit slow the day I went but there were at least 8 people I saw. it could be time of day. I enjoy the atmosphere and the folks they're are nice and friendly. the food is really good.
On the way back from spending the night in Ventura with some friends, Carms and I stopped off at Johnny's. Boy were we lucky because right after we ordered, 10 people rolled up placing orders. I had their Ojai Burrito with chicken and had it Wet. It was bomb! Carms had a loaded Quesodilla which was great. Lastly, I ordered some chips and salsa, and they asked me for flower or corn! I recommend the flower and their salsa is terrific!If your near the area, stop by and order something.
It’s been 30 yrs since I have eaten at Johnny’s and they still are rocking great shredded beef burritos. I got mine with rice bean and cheese. Excellent customer service
I ordered the chorizo and eggs burrito with bacon as an add on, the burrito turned out to be a $14 meal. Very well worth it, super delicious. If Im ever in the area again, it is guaranteed I will order this again. My belly is happy and full!!?
Ventura landmark. Exit surf, towel off, put boards on top of car and drive over to Johnny's to have a 3 way burrito! That's the way we roll in this town!
