Great customer service! They were super busy, even the owner was working the line. Food was fabulous as always. Definitely coming back!
Not a good experience. Also, the windows are boarded up here for some reason.

Terrible Service, messy store..Rude and discriminating...
This is a poorly run location that usually has long waits. My pickup order for two veggie sandwiches is now 10 minutes late as I write this. Might skip this location in the future unless they can figure out how to get me an order as promised without taking as much time as a sit down restaurant.Update: I gave up and got a refund and found dinner somewhere else. I won't be back.
Now this Jersey Mike's was really on it. Took our order and made it absolutely correct. No mistakes what so ever. I'm sorry but the Main St. Jersey Mike's by the Pacific View Mall needs to take a lesson from the Telegraph Rd location. The employees at the Telegraph Rd location were very friendly and definitely on there game. Thank you for making our visit a pleasant 1. Ruben thank you and I'm glad we gave you a second chance, you passed with flying colors.
