Overall a great experience, polite and fast service. Food quality was good-fair for lunchtime rush. Here is where they will get a 1 star. We are in the middle of a heat wave and you have an order taker outside writing the hottest point of the day with NO shade or water. If these past two years haven’t taught us anything it’s to treat our staff that we have with care and respect on all levels. I heat exposure when not necessary is uncalled for an irresponsible of the store manager. Do better Jack in the box, do better!
Garbage customer service!!!!!!! Waited 20 mins for 2 two tacos and a Jr jumbo jack. That white girl/guy should be fired
If you have the EBT card they accept it if your a senior or disabled or homeless. They have great hot fresh food. It's not the restaurant fault that they are under staff the owner needs to step it up and hire more individuals there are plenty of applicants it's not the managers fault either they do what higher up management tells them todo. The store is always clean and ladies restroom ? is always stocked and clean. It's close to the 101 freeway which is nice for travelers. Employees are always so kind and helpful great customer service.
As Jack in the Box goes, this was a good stop to break up a drive. The service was really good. Friendly and efficient. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, but a good store, overall.
Drive through can be slow when they are short handed. Usually not the case. They are over all a decent fast food place to eat. Better than the others that are on harbor with the arches.
The tacos actually looks like tacos and the burger looks like a burger and the bacon potato cheddar wedges are amazing all the food was good. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I stood there for some time before anybody acknowledged me. They were very busy and understaffed
Terrible drive thru this morning and wasted my money on you silly jack in the box… and the manager probably not present at that particular hour; it took lot of time and frustration with it (coffee was way too cold).
