I'd recommend this place EVEN if there is long line... Just listen to a podcast or play a mobile game to kill the time. The wait is with it. The burgers are a perfect size to make it more likely to be able to eat more of your fries. The fries are pretty good, but they are better when ordered slightly crispy, as they are sometimes on the soft side. This place is my first choice for burgis.

Our first stop when we get to LA. Best burgers in LA. Friendly staff. For the new people. That's the menu. Also they have the secret menu. Try the 4x4 animal style
Always great food but what I am most impressed with are the employees. Every interaction has been professional and pleasant.Management does get a little credit for finding such great people but the employees are the ones that make it happen!

Doesn't live up to the hype that everyone has made it out to be. Went to two (2) different locations to see if there was a difference. Waited between 20-30 min to order, pay, and get food at both locations. I enjoyed the strawberry shake more than the food.
After a 27 minute wait pd and pick up the car order. It was called out correctly so I did not look in the bag. Got home to find 4 french fries instead of 2 #1 orders. Was so disappointed. I live in Oak View and didn't want to drive back to Ventura. Ended up getting McDonald's for dinner. Lesson learned always check the bag to confirm the order is correct.
