After a visit to the Channel Islands National Park Visitors Center in Ventura Harbor Village—watched an excellent 25-minute movie narrated by Kevin Costner and seeing the exhibits, we walked next door for lunch. We ordered the clam chowder: it was too thick and the flavor not that great but the fish (cod) and chips (we had a salad instead of chips) was very good. The setting outside was very pleasant. Definitely a good place for lunch.
Fantastic food... great outdoor dining with a better then perfect view!
Was quite good food. Was very windy so we sat inside and would like to return on a nicer day to enjoy the outside ambience. Service was very quick and staff was kind. Would recommend awesome location. Standard fare and some unique options as well.
What a great cafe! They serve excellent food and beverages...especially the coffee. They have ample indoor and outdoor seating with a fantastic view of the boat marina. They are a dog friendly establishment. I ate here while waiting for my day trip to the Channel Islands. It was such a lovely time! I will definitely return on future trips to Ventura.
Everything we had was delicious. It would have been nice to have been invited in out of the cold rain to order. Standing under the roof overhang my shoes and lower pants got soaked from the splash-back. Coffee, turkey croissant, and blueberry muffin were all delicious though. Also, we chose this place because they accept dogs! ????
Very beautiful and peaceful spot for breakfast. It is rare to find a Café with a good view that doesn't require 2 week ahead reservation in CA, so this was a gem for sure. If I lived here, would surely come here every week. Highly recommend.

Excellent food
The best spot to get breakfast or lunch. Everyone is awesome, food is great, and they serve ice cold beer.
