I so love this place! I wish I can say that about most of the restaurants in Ventura. Indeed... this place is an institution! You will LOVE their food and staff. Such amazing selection of food and you will appreciate the ambience as well. If you're into mom & pop's, this is can be your jam and your... 'gem' !Alisha (hope I got her name spelled correctly) - She is absolutely amazing! She is professional, kind and personable and takes super good care of the guests that she tends to.I'm so glad this place is still open. I'm telling you... there's a reason why these guys are offering some of the 'best buns' with 'Bitchin' burgers' - :)Keep up the great work you guys! I appreciate you!
Great burgers, great food. You can taste the quality of the food too. The people are so nice, the lady that brought our food to me and my son was all smiles, asking if we needed anything else, reassuring us the rest of the food Southold be out soon. We did not need to ask for anything because the service was that great. Will be back more often, such a hidden gem!
My kids got the Duke's cheeseburger and I got the patty melt. Our food was really good. Mine was flavorful. The fries were excellent. My daughter did say her burger was a little dry but she ate it anyway.Staff was very friendly. That is something that is extremely important to me.They have a bar so I got a couple of beers to go. The girl behind the bar was not the bar tender but she helped me anyway. She was talkative and nice.We had 3 seperate to go orders and everything was correct and came out within 20 minutes. I would go back and I would recommend you to try it too!
Very good cooking. The New England clam chowder is just unbelievable.
This is a really cool place and they actually do offer veggie burgers which can be made like any specialty burger on their menu. The sweet potato fries and veggie burgers are bomb.My suggestion is more vegetarian and vegan options! Girls at the counter are nice and service is quick. They have claw machines and a few arcade machines in back as well as an awesome outdoor dining area.
Very average to poor. Had chicken sandwich. Asked no mayo - had mayo. Overpriced for small piece of chicken with big piece of lettuce. STAFF VERY NICE!

One of the best burgers I've ever had! A nice location with a bar and many menu options to choose from along with a welcoming atmosphere.
Quality food. I’ve been for lunch and the portions were very large both times. I enjoyed the variety of sandwich options and the fresh made potatoes chips
