Im English and live in England . My cousin took me there a few years earlier on a previous visit and it has stuck in my mind . This visit it was the first place she took me too . It is authentic Mexican food , not the watered down mainstream food so many places serve . I’m now back in the Uk and craving it , TrueType nothing compares it is so good . Please open up a satellite branch here !,
Wondering if they changed something? Chili Colorado was tasty, my rice was not cooked fully
Very good breakfast burrito, $10 dollars and change is a little high, but tastes good.
What a great little place for some Mexican food. I was there about 11 am, it was not super busy. Friendly service, food was served quickly. Bean tostado was good, pilled high with lettuce and cheese. Chicken taco was also pulled high with lettuce and cheese, but had great big chunks of well seasoned chicken. I sat outside (no indoor seating) and enjoyed the beautiful weather while I grubbed. Easy 5 stars from me
Best Mexican food on the planet!
2 asada burritos $24- dry meat. Waste of money...Sitting in stomach like a rock...
It wouldn’t be a trip to Ventura without stopping by this little hole in the wall! Everything is authentic and tasty. Carne Asada Burritos, Chorizo and Eggs, and Street Tacos are the best. Some of the best salsa I have ever had. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Best to call in your order as the wait time can be considerably long.
Beef burritos were excellent, particularly the homemade salsa. However, a word of caution against the nachos- suprisingly they were worse than nachos you order in England! The guacamole could also use some additions, as at present it is nothing more than smashed avo in a tub which costs $2.50. Very friendly atmosphere
Anyone who gives this place a bad review is trippin. These are 5 star burritos. Take them to the beach and all of your problems will be solved.
The waiting its insane for just a burrito they need to step it up food is good tho
