This cold stone store in Ventura off Johnson is always a great place to go for your sweet cravings.Their ice cream is delicious, customer service always very kind even if very busy, like today for instance, there was already two groups of people before me and then it was me and then I believe about a family of five to six and then another couple and another couple after that but there was only one girl there that was working and also training at the same time and to be honest she did a very good job trying to keep up being kind asking questions while doing the ice cream she was amazing today, she had already gotten through half of the line and two workers showed up to help out which was very nice.But That first girl (I didn't get her name but she has long black straight hair and I believe a tattoo on the inside of her right wrist.) She Was working her butt off, And you wouldn't think so many people wouldn't go on a Wednesday ?But this place is always a good idea to get dessert.
The two people working tonight on 1/4/2022 were very helpful and patient with my 6 orders.
This place is so inefficient. Last night I waited an hour to get ice cream here. There were only 6 people in front of me. 3 people behind the counter and none of them knew what they were doing. I finally had my order taken and I asked for a small bowl - the girl asked me 3 times how much ice cream that was… I don’t know, I don’t work here… whatever fits in a small bowl. She made too much and charged me for it.

Love there ice cream the staff was patient where and my son took forever to decide what we wanted!! They were nice and knowledgeable.
