Chipotle should change their slogan to "Chipotle... We can't even get quesadillas right."All I wanted was a quesadilla with barbacoa meat. Instead, I got a giant glob of cheese and barbacoa, wrapped like a burrito and then microwaved in one of those subway microwaves before my very eyes. It looked disgusting enough that I actually just walked away.
Placed a catering order online 24 hrs in advance. Arrived to pick up catering order and was told by cashier that no such order existed. Walked out to my car and produced printed order confirmation. Cashier said they didn’t prepare the order but would offer me a refund. What’s the point of ordering online in advance if you don’t produce the orders that are placed? No apology or recognition of their error. Terrible customer service and basic supply of services. Wont be back and don’t suggest you bother with this location unless you’d like a side of disappointment with your guac.
Chipotle is usually great but this place makes a lot of mistakes on online orders and the manager lady hates her job. But I still chance it for their burritos and bowls.
Me and my boyfriend had a mobile order and we got there and someone else had taken our food. We then told them and they still took about 15 min to give us our order. First time this has ever happened to us.?
Good healthy food. My only complaint was they need more servers because the wait was too long.
Chipotle is a good fast food restaurant. They make it easy for you to select your condiments for your meal. It is not a self served but very fast. The restaurant is clean and orderly. Paying for my food was slow. A little unorganized with the staffing when it comes to paying. Overall it is a great place to get fresh quality fast food to dine in or takeout. Good food for all ages.
Barbacoa is my favorite.
Very inconsistent. Sometimes you will get a burrito with maybe 5 pieces of meat on it and a mountain of rice, other times they put so much of everything that it comes squishing out when you take a bite. I get the same thing every time I go so there's really no excuse for it. Today the girl who made my burrito around lunchtime put so much of every single ingredient that when she wrapped the burrito half of the guac squished out the side. It fell apart while I was eating it and got everywhere. So disappointing to have to eat a burrito with a fork and knife.
Usually get bowls here and they have never been bad, depending on your pick it can be pricey however.
This place should be shut down because the food was room temperature and the guacamole that came with my stale chips, as well as in my burrito, was not fresh and was BROWN. Also the bag that had my runny, soggy and sloppily made burrito was soaked and broke through the bottom. What a freaking mess! Food safety and the customer mean nothing here.
