Place is really dirty. Looked gross with food everywhere. I don't even know why I still decided to order. We ordered a salad and they had no salad dressing. We were not told until we paid. They told us that the salsa verde was similar to the dressing...yeah,, not even close.. The cashier was rude and had no customer service. People asked for forks because they ran out and he just threw the forks out and made a mess. I didn't ask his name but he was there at 1:30 pm. He was wearing glasses. I will never come back to this Chipotle again...
Again. I can’t believe I even tried. It’s been a couple months since I ordered from here for my family because they always forget something. Then the last time they missed entire entrees they gave me credits for more food that had expired when I went to use them this time. This time it was only my kids’ large chips. Now I don’t have chips because I gave mine to the kids. This location is a joke. It wasn’t even busy tonight. Restaurant was empty with zero to go orders on the shelves. Corporate customer service has said they’ve passed on previous feedback to the local personnel but they don’t or they just don’t listen over there. I’m a huge Chipotle fan but that was the last straw. Bye.
Yikes. Ordered a mobile order and had to wait 15 minutes past pick up time. When I got to chipotle the place was filled with people waiting for mobile orders (nobody in the actual line to order)The place was well staffed and yet not one of the 4 associates standing around were making food??When a woman spoke out about the large number of people waiting and NOBODY making food, instead of the manager doing her job she decided to have a power trip and yell at the poor woman for not wearing a mask (she was covering her mouth the entire time with her jacket, clearly not planning on having to wait so long to pick up her Mobile order). The manager repetitively demanded that the woman leave. The woman expressed that her mobile order was 10 minutes late and she would leave as soon as her food was ready. The manager preceded to yell and demand the woman leave over and over(not to mention it’s pouring rain outside at this moment). This whole scene goes on another 5 minutes … poor womanI was absolutely appalled that a manager would EVER speak to a paying customer that way (esp when the woman was politely covering her face before the manager even said anything) There were people eating at tables with their masks off closer to the associates than this poor woman that was berated for 5 minutes in front of a store full of people. Extremely unprofessional behavior from a manager that truly made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Why power trip over something so trivial? What kind of world do we live in. Do your job please. What a disgrace.

DO NOT EAT HERE!The girls in the front are always on there phone, laughing and making jokes about customers. the guys in the back cooking the food without gloves, and when they sneeze they didn’t cover up there mouth. When theirs no line, they still make you wait. Then I got charged incorrectly and they forgot some of my food. Its not like it use to be. Please if they correct those mistakes or better trained I’ll be happy to come here again, but for now I’m going somewhere else.
If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Entering the establishment greeted me with empty sections of popular items such as chicken, sauteed peppers, and much more. It would be ones responsibility to restock on empty items, keeping a clean environment (the food area was littered with other sections of food) and, the dinning area too was littered with previous food from other customers. Would recommend to eat chipotle as it is a decent location to dine at but, will not recommend coming to this location for chipotle though.
Fully Loaded burritos!! Always get my moneys worth at Chipotle, the employees are friendly & considerate. I'm plant based & I gotta admit the place is overflowing with delicious seasoning & aromas to get my hunger going. My family always enjoys a good lunch, food is fresh & the drinks are colorful with juices & teas.

Ordered on the Chipotle app and was totally ripped off on portion size. I ordered a double wrapped burrito with extra rice and extra cheese, and received a burrito that was so small I could nearly wrap one hand completely around it because it contained about half a normal portion of my requested fillings. I guess they thought that because I ordered online, it was OK to skimp out of proper proportions of ingredients.
Chipotle is always consistent and delicious any location no matter where you go, except for this location. I was there in the evening and the rice and meat were very dry and the customer service was slightly below average. I love chipotle but this visit wasn't quite what I was used to.
