Me and my mother stopped by after having to drive from Santa Barbara back to Torrance so you can imagine how tired we must’ve been. When we got there we were in not the greatest of moods I’ll admit ? but that didn’t seem to bother Robert one bit! He was patient with us, made recommendations from his favorite items in the menu and even the sauces! The experience he provided for us is exactly what makes Chick-fil-a, who they say they are, and yesterday me and my mother saw first hand why he’s the employee of the week. Thank you Chick-fil-A Ventura and Robert for the wonderful and one of a kind experience you’ve provided for us. Much love ❤️
DONT ORDER FOR DELIVERY ON THE APP!!!We ordered food this evening, 5.25.2022 on the app at 4:45 p.m. At 5:57 p.m. it said your food is being prepared. At 6:25 p.m. we STILL do not have our food and the app says your food is being prepared.This restaurant USED to be very efficient but now they are the WORST.The other problem is, they want everyone who comes through the drive thru to use the app to order, causing an OVERLOAD on the app for orders. NOT EFFICIENT AT ALL. This will be the LAST time we get food from Chick-fil-A. DON'T TRY TO GET DELIVERY!
It's always a [Pleasure] to be able to get food from Chick-fil-A, this location is great! Only not a five star because once ans only once have they messed up my order and gave me the wrong type of chicken. I was in a rush so I couldn't go back in line but I'm sure they would have corrected the mistake. This is a great place to take you business.
I’ve been to this location a few times an have had great experiences! The reason for the 1 star is simple put. THEY DON’T OFFER MILITARY DISCOUNT! Well they have before on a couple of occasions. This particular time I went through the drive-thru an was told they don’t offer a military discount. What? Really? Well I have gotten discounts from this location, literally the day before! So I ask for manager an he said they don’t offer a discount for the military. He said they may have promo something. Gave it to me for free. Well that was nice on the employees who did that. I commend them employees! I even told him other chic-fil-a will offer a discount. You can even google it! Those stores APPRECIATE the military families an all the freedoms they fight for! This owner does NOT!!! So I recommend to stay away from this location if at all possible. Give your money to a company that supports the military!
I have to commend your staff. A new debit card was being rejected and so I had to go across the street to get cash from the ATM. When I returned the employees said the meal was on the house and even came by to check on us and ask if we wanted refills. Super sweet employees and have always had great customer service here.
Always delicious food here! Breakfast, lunch, or dinner is always yummy! Recommend downloading the app to order online. It saves time and hassle. Wish they were open Sundays, but everyone needs a day off so I'm willing to wait.
Foods always good, what I really appreciate is the friendliness of the employees which lot of places their employees are not as friendly so that's one thing that's pretty important to me besides the food, I think all fast food restaurants should take note on how your restaurant is ran an on the friendliness of your employees and the yummy food

Looks like they just remodeled the inside of this store location, and it looks really great in here! They got rid of all those little cubicles they used to have and now it's really open and spread out. Nice new seating, upholstery and artwork on the walls.
Really friendly and excellent customer service…
