Took out-of-town work guests and all loved the format, food, and ambiance. Will be back again.
We loved the four courses/bottomless champagne and choices/upgrades for appetizer, soup/salad, entree and side. My prime rib eye was over cooked and tough.
It didn't have to be a bad experience. The blonde with the french braid (introduced later as our server) snarled at the hostess right beside our table that she had, "ruined everything." This was because of a confusion as to the number of people and our table setting. (We had been there less than 5 minutes.) I felt that this was very unprofessional and started the evening off with ill feelings. My entrée was described: Wild Chilean Sea Bass, Panko encrusted, roasted vegetable, etc. "Roasted vegetable," most likely means carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels, etc. The sea bass arrived centered on an enormous pile of sautéed bell peppers. I can't eat bell peppers! In fact, many people cannot stomach them, they are a well know irritant, and they weren't mentioned at all! They were soaking into my beautiful, buttery piece of sea bass and ruining it. Our server was not checking back with us as she should have, so my husband had to go get her. She got a manager who ARGUED with me that peppers were roasted vegetables. He sneered that they were "Only Bell Peppers." Finally he agreed to cook me another piece of fish. Meanwhile, no one checked in on us. My husband didn't eat his dinner because he felt bad for me who had none. His meal got very cold The wait was approximately 15 -20 minutes, and the new piece of fish was mushy and tasteless. There was a knot of bones at the end. No one ever came over to see if things were right, to offer comfort - to offer anything. The manager walked by several times and ignored us. So did our server. We were treated as if we had done something wrong. When it was time to pay the check, the server refused to look at us or pick it up off the table. This became excruciating after all the prior unpleasantness, and once again my husband had to get up and walk over to her so we could pay the bill and LEAVE. Leaving was a relief, we won't be returning to Casa Bella.
Everything was fine until we ordered dessert and coffee. Our coffee was delivered cold! Maybe room temperature.
We really enjoyed the service at Casa Bella Prime, the food was amazing, and their wine list was great. Definitely will return again and again. The 4 course menu is fun, with delicious options. It was a bit more food than I could eat, nobody will leave hungry. Highly recommend!

Excellent meal and service! Music was a little loud
I took my daughter and her friends for her 16th bday! Something a little more extravagant! Its definitely more of an adult menu, absolutely NO complaints. I would love to go back again!
