Pretty fast drive thru service and then got the order right! Other places just can't seem to get it right. I live way out on the west end of Ventura and while I try to check my order I don't always have time. Have gotten all the way home only to find out I'm missing something. I was really surprised how quick I was as there were at least 5 cars ahead of me.

I love Carl's Jr they are the best burger spot makers I've ever ate at. There #1 in my book but today I ate at this specific Carl's Jr on E. Thompson in Ventura ca I ordered my favorite burger the 6 dollar guacamole burger. What I got was by far the worst burger I've ever eaten in my life. I was mind blown to see such a terrible burger. It was the smallest burger I've ever seen them make. The patties together did not even make the size of a 1/4 pound patties. The bun was even worse the condiments was so skimpy i couldn't even tast them. I will never eat at this place ever again. The franchise owners should be ashamed of him self. For selling such a terrible burger. This place is a disgrace to the Carl's Jr name. This place should be put out of business. It should be given to a franchise own who will take pride in serving food that meets Carl's expectations. If i was in charge the employees thats making this food would be fired and replaced with properly trained employees. As for the owner I would strip his franchise license and let be know to everyone. Never in my life have I ever been so disappointed to eat at Carl's Jr. P.s I will be notifying the Corporate head quarters of today's events.
The food was good but the service wasn’t. No one behind the counter greeted us or when someone did wait on us it wasn’t friendly.
It's Carl's same as all the others no problems staff at this location are fun and Friendly.
Pretty unusual to be out of Ranch dressing and Bleu cheese dressing. I understand the wages are really low but if you don't like your job don't take it out on your customers. Typically, I expect subpar service from most fast food places and accept the fact that nothing will change this. All I ask is not to make me beg for condiments and my receipt. I don't even want a Thank You as those stopped a long time ago.
Food was hot and tasted good. The employee was nice. She was trying to get everything ready when the car pulled up to the queue
