If you want ice cold pizza this is the place to order. We just ordered from Blaze pizza. Unfortunately we did not know they use grub hub for their deliveries. Big mistake,as grub hub is HORRIBLE. This is the reason we went through the store instead of a worthless so called delivery service. Of course we ordered and thought Blaze has its own drivers. Great maybe our pizza will het here warm. NOPE! I’m pretty sure the driver put the pizza boxes on the floor and cranked their AC on max.This is what we have all come to expect from GH and DD. Well no more! I won’t order from anywhere until this is type of so called delivery is fixed. GH should at least use pizza warm bags. To bad I really like blaze pizza. Not enough to put up with this waist of time, money and food.
Came in at 8pm to order pizza and no one was in line but a few people were dining. The employee who greeted us told us - I’m sorry the wait will be 45 minutes because we have a ups order to fill. My boyfriend scoffed and said really 45 minutes to order a pizza and she said you can order now but your paper will just sit here. Eventually she said maybe we can squeeze you in and then asked another staff member to take our order. Eventually our pizzas went in the oven and we sat down to wait. Overall maybe 10 minutes went by. A few moments later they called our name and said please get back in line because we dropped one of your pizzas. Eventually left with one cold pizza and one remade pizza. They were grumpy and pushy the entire time. Poor customer service and made me feel like a burden by coming to their establishment.
It's nice to finally have a place like this in ventura, you get to choose your crust and toppings and customize your pizza without paying all the extras that other places add on
Coming from a person with an established janitorial exp. This place is impressively clean it’s important when It comes down to fresh food being out.Been here a few times & the staff has been nothing but respectful & take care of all your pizza ? wishes! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pizza I got was OK. Not crispy and the web site shows they have Mexican coke. They no longer carry it. Food was late coming out. BLAZE pizza asked for my feed back. I gave it to then and in return sent me a code for a free pizza for the sub par meal. Did no good because I showed the people inside the code and they said it's only valid if I have the app. Why would I install a app for a restaurant I'm deciding if I ever want to use again? I'll just avoid this place and keep my pizza order local.
