You have to try the spicy Ahi Tuna Taco it was delicious! So many flavors. This restaurant is conveniently located on the entrance to the pier.Plenty of seatingService was speedy.Service was goodPrices were reasonableView was excellentIf you need to satisfy your sweet tooth try the fried banana.Recommend

The tacos are flavorful. Didn't expect to like these so much especially after the cashier said it has raisins mixed in the meat. I don't know what else but thise flavors are still on my tounge, it was that good. A must try for everyone. The burrito we had was shrimp and calamari. It was okay, nothing special. Needed more flavor, more juices from the shrimp and calamari would have been great on top of the rice.

Pretty good tacos, but we also ordered chips and guac and they were stingy with the chips. Their margaritas were also light on the alcohol. The atmosphere is cool though as it's at the beginning of the pier, and there is good music and people watching. It was good for a quick bite but next time I'll try a different restaurant on the pier.

I would give 5 stars as the food was great but I’m unsure if the wait we had today was normal or just crazy due to holiday weekend traffic or short staffing (didn’t appear to be incredibly busy, maybe 20 of us waiting in line) but I’ve never waited so long for a burrito or tacos in my life. We stopped by while heading up the coast expecting fairly quick service based on reading reviews but had a full hour of waiting in line until our food was ready (about 45 min in line, 15 waiting for food, orders were being called every 5-10 minutes, line barely moved). Also, not being from the area, didn’t expect $10 for parking but makes sense for being on the beach. Staff was nice, beautiful location, great food but delayed our trip by over an hour.

If you are in the area you should try this place. It looks rinky-dink out on the pier but the food is excellent and the outdoor seating/views are hard to beat. I had the Ahi taco (just 1) and it was delicious and much more than just a few small pieces of Ahi in it. There was a entire slice. It doesn't come with any sides so beware if you want r&b with it. And watch for parking. $10 at the State beach; I think you can get less elsewhere. I'm going to try their breakfast burritos one day soon.

Food was pretty decent. Huge line and I'm sure that's always the case. But we sat waiting for our food for about 30min after waiting in line for 45. Finally I gave in and asked what the hold up was and they had lost our ticket so our food was never made. The young man I spoke to was very nice and apologetic and promised they would make it right away and even offered a free chip and salsa which I declined as I had ordered some with my meal. They did call my number just a few minutes later but then I didn't get my chips and salsa so I had to go back up again to get that. Again, he was very nice about the situation and offered a free drink to rectify. The salsa was not good so I recommend skipping that and maybe do chips and guacamole instead. Fish tacos were pretty good

Great local fish/burrito/combo plate value, plus it's the Ventura pier! Canned wine from Oregon vineyards, WOW! Try the shrimp Diablo combo taco plate! Right amount of flavor and heat

GREAT BREAKFAST. GOOD PORTIONS, YET EXTREMELY HEALTHY. WARMTH OF THE PATIO HEATERS EXCEEDED ONLY BY LOLA'S SMILE AS SHE GRACIOUSLY SQUEEGEED MY SEAT FOR ME. GOING TO MAKE IT A REGULAR WEEKEND BREAKFAST STOP

Favorite fish taco place in California! Their early California fish taco is delicious! Always a long line, so you know it’s good. Great view and seating when eating. Each order is for a single taco though, so recommend two. Burritos are great too!

Absolutely phenomenal tacos. I usually go with the Early California with Fried Fish and a Calamari, but I tried a Marilu this time as well. The popcorn shrimp was incredibly butter and savory, great amount of food for what you pay. One of my regular spots in town!
