This Arby's deserves every bit of these 5 stars!With a line out the door and a fair amount of rude and demanding customers (whole lotta Karens), the employees of this Arby's were so professional, courteous, and efficient and taking orders and delivering food and still very polite to greet every customer that enters and thank every customer that left. They were out of a few items (supply chain issues), but all you need is a good roast beef sandwich and some curly fries, and they delivered!Glad to return here any day!

I enjoy their food that they offer good taste and well priced.
It's a nice new location and the staff is very patient. I love the curly fries and milkshakes. They have random promotions and deals, but always have the little roastbeef sandwiches and chicken sliders are drool worthy.
It took my wife 5 minutes to get home after she purchased our food, and arrived with cold food. The food just looked like my 2 year old daughter put it together. We couldn't tell what was what in the bag. Very rarely eat Arbys, just came in because the commercial lured me in but all fake. I take pride in what I do for a living. No mater what one does for a living, they should make the upmost greatest job at it because some one is depending on your job. Also employees get paid to to what they do for a living.
The food's "okay," (it's still over-priced fast-food, that without their different sauces, would otherwise be flavorless) but the store STILL isn't finished being assembled. They STILL don't have all of the sauce pumpers (for self-service) installed. They have ketchup, regular Bbq sauce, and Horsey Sauce, but they don't have the Three Pepper Sauce in a pumper; and there are two other spots for pumpers, vacant since their opening. Hope the have their Food Safe requirements met in the back!

You HAVE to put in a mask to come in and order but can take it off to eat 5 feet away..At this point anyone that refuses someone service for no mask is part of the problem with what's wrong with our country right now.I hope you end up out of business too..
