Winston House is definitely great for a younger crowd. We went with another couple and were seated right next to the stage on a very small bar stool table that was wobbly. I was excited to try something young and fun and hip, but my husband I could already tell was getting antsy with the location of the seating and the irritation of the very small wobbly table. They moved us thankfully once our food was being served and the service was really nice. I ordered a skinny spicy margarita and my drink arrived and I knew it tasted like mescal which I just canât drink anymore (after a really bad bad night) so I had to ask her to check if it had any in it. It actually did but my friend ended up keeping my and they made my drink as requested. Honestly our night was fine, but if your on a date and your of a certain age range this might not be your spot. I would have been fine to come here with girlfriends and would have loved to dance the night away. But when your spending a decent amount on food and with grumpy husbands and hundreds of younger demographics inside Iâd say just know what your walking into!

Lumi and I are always looking for places where there is live music while we eat. We had been to Venice Beach so many times and never knew this place existed. But I found it on OpenTable. We went and it was a great place. Other than the Tuna Taco's being so damn small, our waitress was great. The music was decent. And the atmosphere cool.
We just had an absolutely fabulous night. The food was amazing and our waitress Lauren was wonderful. I will definitely return.
Great manager and service/bar staff. The host not so much.
