I've been a subway customer over 20 years. I've given this location plenty of business. I'll never understand why Subway franchise's never train employees on how to use a gift card. Why sell them if they don't know how to use them? I've dealt with employees not knowing how to use gift card a few times, but at least they try their best and it works every time. This one didn't even bother the 2nd time. I've used a gift card there before. Now, all of a sudden they don't take them because they can’t figure it out? The employee pushed one button saw that she couldn't figure it out and said they don't take them I have to pay with card. I am trying to pay with card. A gift card. The same one I’ve used here before. Again, they didn't even bother to try. They also have higher prices then other franchises and are stingy with the meat. They spread the thinnest layer of tuna. Other places pack it in. I wish the location on Lincoln and Mindanao didn't close because this is not a better alternative. I’ve been in customer service 18 years. I know it’s not easy. At least if I couldn’t figure something out I would still try and then get some help.

Used the app then got upcharged for cheese at the store. They couldn't follow simple instructions. Never going back

Typical subway. Not a fan as Subway in general uses very low quality ingredients and they skimp on everything. But this location had good quick service.

It's Subway. It's decent but not your top of the line sandwich place. It's good for a fast bite of food.
The young lady that helped me with my order was very nice and patient with me ?would definitely go back and wait in a long line again thanks to her excellent customer service.
