Actually horrible location here, from the managers to the cashiers are just so unhelpful, I had multiple wrong orders and one day decided to call for some type of solution and a manager decides to give “store credit” but when I arrived to claim it, one day after they say “there isn’t any notes left here and the manager doesn’t arrive for another 20 minutes” actually worthless service and horrible here. They literally will hire anyone here so bad.
tables werent clean outside but service was very fast. Be warned that the spicy chicken sandwich could cause bowel issues.
Served us burnt sausage and egg breakfast. Took it back and had to debate to get my money back. They refused at first and wouldn't take back the burnt sandwich. Don't get breakfast here.
I order on the app & picked it up. It is easy and painless. Now if we can just get them to open on Sundays. Haha. Their chicken is the best & Mac & Cheese is great. Haven't tried their kale salad but their soup is good. Use the app. You can get points and get free offers you can redeem easily.
Drive thru here is so slow and doesn't meet the standards of Chick-fil-A standards, their customer service here is awful . The worst ever they need a better team here
When I made the order using drive through option they told me that I need to park my car and get the food at another window. Ridiculous service, why you called it drive through if I need to go to pick up the order?

Rude employees refused service because I used the one of the 4 entrances wrong for the drive thru. I am new to the area and wasn’t sure how to get in the drive thru of theirs. When approaching the order box a female gets on the radio and says “ that’s not the entrance. You need to go around to Lincoln or you will not be served here.” When I apologize and let them know I just got confused and how to go into the correct entrance she just said “go around Lincoln” which is around the whole city street. And when I ask why my I am the only car in the parking lot and drive thru “ she said we are refusing serving you” and got off the radio. I kept saying hello and asking why but nothing. Rude and very unprofessional.
As I was driving on South 405 freeway, I saw Chick-Fil-A ad on billboard.At first glance, it looked funny. At second glance found it offensive to non-English speaking!!!
Just ordered chick fil a delivery and got the wrong order. How hard is it to deliver two chicken sandwiches and French fries??? It’s almost 10pm, already so late to be ordering food and not down to go out and fix this order. Super disappointed!
