Awesome service. My friend didn't order anything but they were very cool about it. The drinks are really tasty and refreshing. Prices are good. Love this neighborhood. Great weather here cuz it's by the beach.
Biggest pet peeve about a restaurant of mine is when someone can’t answer the phone so instead they are going to get a google review. If it’s $50 including tip for avocado toast, a breakfast entree that’s a sandwich and side of potatoes, a croissant and a coffee then please make sure it includes everything. I walked there and when I got back to my place I realized the potatoes weren’t there. I called twice to talk to a manager so that they could adjust my bill since they forgot the side and no one answered. The food was decent, bread kind of hard to bite into, I wouldn’t spend too much money here. The vibe is cute and the iced mocha was good. However, there’s a place next door with faster service and just as good of food and they answer their phones.
We ate here early on a Sunday morning (so we beat the rush) and had a really nice breakfast. I had a flat white, which was done extremely well. We had the best mates bowl and breakfast bowl (added chicken). Overall both were good, but my favorite was the best mates bowl because it had a little more flavor and the grains base was amazing. It was a little spicy so it might not be the best choice for someone that does not like/tolerate spicy food. The ingredients were fresh, and the food well prepared. We were greeted with a smile and service was good. Would definitely recommend this restaurant, and we will be going back - both for the coffee and the food.
Had a lovely breakfast at Bluestone Lane Venice. The outside dining area is well maintained and clean. The service was perfect and very friendly. The food was very solid. You order via a QR code at the table, which is very efficient and allows you to leave as soon as you’re finished eating. Order the hot chocolate if May Gray/June Gloom gets you down. You won’t regret it.
Came here for an early morning breakfast and was not disappointed! Lovely atmosphere and good food. Service was a tad bit slow but friendly.
I had the Best Mate Bowl with spicy chicken and it did not disappoint! I loved all veggies in the bowl.. Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, onions, kale, along with farro and scrambled eggs. If you are into healthy clean eating this is the place. The first restaurant I been to where you place your order via your phone. I would definitely go back!
Beautiful street side patio in Venice and a variety of breakfast/brunch options. Great coffee choices as well.. I'm a regular here!
Bluestone Lane It is a place in complete decay, it reflects the same deterioration that all of Venice suffers, A shame that they cannot maintain in conditions such a beautiful place that everyone in the neighborhood likes to enjoy. I live a few blocks away and I hope you take this message as an invitation to improve the place.Start caring more about the clients and less about the money, because at the end we are the one bringing the money there.
Food was good, with nice recipes. Restro felt dirty. Produce was stacked right next to bathroom (gross).Staff was ok but we kep having to ask for basics which was annoying (not enough water cups, not enough flatware, need plates).
Very friendly locals only , best avocado toast in town , granola is amazing also
