Service here is terrible! Extremely Rude girls sabotaging drinks. To Cindy ??? who keeps giving dirty looks and talking about customers out loud to other employees. Keep Making Rude comments in front of guest. Such a Weird Vibe in this place… Blue Bottle “Please Stop Hiring Creeps”.. Best suited cleaning toilets or taking out trash.
I tried Cold Coffee Mocha and I loved it. The spot is nice and cute. I enjoyed my coffee outside ☀️
All looks, no substance. The girls making the coffee would give Grace Jones a run for her money. They spend most their time observing and judging the patrons in this place. If they decide you're not it (or you're a person of color), they'll make you wait for your coffee as long as possible. Just a really bad vibe here with an unprofessional staff. Much better options in the area.

Coffee is good but people… don’t know what is dry cappuccino. They saying that they never doing it here. Which is complete lie. I bought dry cappuccino many times by myself and with friends and at this location as well! So coffee shop please learn how to do coffee .
Tasty treats and delicious drinks, great service, nice clean, location on Abbott Kinney in Venice Beach! Now with tables outside if you want to sit and sip... or you can take your treats and walk over to the beach like I did, less than a 10 minute slow stroll, and sip on the sand soaking in some sun as the birds fly by and the waves crash, soothing your Soul!All my LOVE, Jamie Ferry

The people at this blue bottle are amazing. Love going here, they are fast and super nice. Professional team. Other blue bottles are nice but this one is above all others I have been to.
