Before the robbery the service and the food was great but after that it seems yoshinoya lost its mojo,, cashiers don't GAF, you ask for something they ignore you, you ask not to get something o get something extra they don't GAF, the cook seems don't know how much beef or chicken he has to put in the plate or the last one they made, I asked for avocado (it clearly says half avocado in the ad) so I got just a small portion not even a quarter of avocado when I demanded my money back for the avocado the cashier gave me attitude, lucky him I was in a good moodThe only person that knows how the store works is probably Karen and the other woman I forgot her name but those two can't be at the store every day, I'm moving my business to another storeIt's a shame that store was my closest and my favorite ?
Same deal every time I go. Food is passable but the service is absolutely horrible. If you've had a bad day or aren't in the best mood I recommend not going here as it might just tick the last nerve you might have been hanging on. Food wasn't bad so I isn't a total loss.
I ordered some food and they burned it all , I called them and they said don’t call us to complain , bring the plate back and we will give you another one with Attitude. This was a waste of my money, hopefully they can pay attention when they cook.

Take out Combo menu tastes so terrible .Doesn’t have soy soups.Only beef & chicken, vegetables only.
This place needs better professional management.Karen is very rude and she gets the orders wrong and she looks upset this place has bad vibes and food is not good the clam chowder smells nasty. Only one star bcs I had to in order to write review.
