the food is decent but they seem like they look down on people with EBT (I feel unwelcomed every time I go dine at this specific Wendy's....I kinda stop eating their so much because of that reason alone...they should take a customer service course. imagine how many people stop giving there business because they don't want to be look down upon ...we all need support at the end of the day
I have only been to two Wendy’s in the past 3 years and I’m not going again! My burger was a mess, cold uni biting and tasteless!The “restaurant” was a mess snd dirty! All the bins were full to overflowing! No idea why anyone would eat there! Maybe consistently bad is at least consistent snd you would know what your getting!
First time visiting this Wendy's location and the restrooms were a mess urine all over a bathroom stall, I let manager know and I did hear him tell someone to go mop it, yet no one went I dined in, and 30 minutes had passed and still no one went to clean the smelly restroom. The customer service was not bad, I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and in it I got one tiny lettuce. One of my biggest pet peeves. Don't mess with my food. I will stick with Wendy's on Burbank.
I was third in line for the drive-thru and it took almost 15 minutes. Completely unacceptable. In addition I ordered a Frosty and they must have made it when I ordered it because it is absolutely soup. Why would they not make me the frosty 15 minutes later when I finally got to the window. I'm very annoyed to have waited all of that time for a melted frosty. I gave it two stars instead of one because the staff was very friendly
The food was so delicious and great service.
They got almost my whole order wrong, did not give me the condiments I asked for and I waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru for that nonsense. Check your order before you pull off, they frequently mess up the orders.
I don't come here often however me and my roommates wanted something different and decided to give this a try. I had your baconator my roommate a classic double and the new cheddar burger. The sandwiches I received where barely warm. Patty was dry and the service was not that good. Hopefully it was just mine but I will definitely not be coming back.
When you want some fresh food and it's got to be fast!!! There's no better place then a Wendy's Burger. It's a world of difference from your local fast foods.
Someone told me about the breakfast special biscuit for a dollar so I've been going to this location to occasionally grab a couple. What I noticed was when I got more than one more than 1 the other 1 was cold within a short amount of time so this last time I went I knew I wanted to eat 1 when I got home and still have the next one warm. I was trying to capture the attention of the window attendant who was paying absolutely no attention. When she walked away to grab my order and came back to the window I asked for her to double wrap my sandwiches to which she got extremely annoyed and said which one and when I said both she rolled her eyes at me and then ask me to pull forward to wait which in my right mind I should have never done never done because what took place was everyone ignored my order which would have taken less than 30 seconds to wrap and serviced the next person and it wasn't until after they received their food did someone come out and bring mine and of course by then my order was cold. Having me pull forward did nothing to expedite the situation as the driver behind me could not leave until I pulled out onto the street so they kept me waiting and they kept the driver behind me waiting. This is unprofessional customer service to which they have of course lost my business.
I ordered a Chile with onion and cheddar it was cold when I barely got it and it wasn’t even full either and the taco salad was just sad too. Uncooked beans too!!!!! I’m reporting to the BBB
