Terrible experience just an hour ago. I brought my niece and neohew from school. The lady could not smile. Then she held the ice cream cups on the lips of the cup, not the sides. When about to weigh. Then the spoons she gave fell so my nephew refuse to take it. He said it's contaminated already (from an 8 year old boy). I asked for new spokn. She got back the spoon that fell and put it back together with the serving spoons! Not sanitary at all! I won't go back here.
The yogurt is all water. The fruits are old and bad. Taste like trash.
Great delicious and fresh variety in frozen yogurt and toppings! Second time at this location and highly recommend, very clean and love how they are continuing to take COVID precautions.
I really enjoy these yogurt spots this one is close by my home and I visit often great for a nice snack. I enjoy the fresh fruit and wide variety of toppings. Be sure to check them out!
Good costumer service
The hours aren’t correct. This is the second time this week I have showed up, when the hours say open, they are closed. I will NEVER shop at this franchise again!!!!!! On my way to Menchi’s now!!!!

They were definitely great to look at and instagram-worthy. But one flavor that stood out the most for us among the five that we chose was the Centeolt Tribute. On their website, the flavor is described as sweet yellow maize with a smokey, sweet, and spicy Chile guajillo caramel swirled through it. If you've never had corn-flavored ice cream before, it's a familiar flavor in our culture and it's often mixed with cheese. Hey, don't knock it til' you try it.
prices that are reasonable. feels like a cafe in phoenix that i enjoyed visiting.
