So I had dinner already planned but when I saw a post about the Smokey Cow on Instagram and found out they are only open on Fridays we had to give it a try. All I can say is YUM! The ribs were beautiful. Ridiculous crust and fall off the bone! The mac and cheese delicious just right stick your your ribs feel. But the big winner was the brisket!! Just the perfect ratio of fatty goodness that melts in your mouth! Thank you for a delicious dinner!

OMG!! You can't go wrong with anything there. Today I ordered brisket and pulled pork sandwich!! It was off the hook. Your food is off the hook I was in heaven !! My mother said "oh Patty, this food is delicious!!
