Went in to pick up my order and when I asked for it the lady just said a time and I was confused. She then said “you saw the pick up time right?” Like okay? I simple “your order is almost ready” would’ve been fine lol
The woman behind the counter kept not understanding me so then I thought maybe she couldnt hear me so I spoke louder she began screaming at me and being belligerent. Maybe it was a language barrier idk.
The customer service was the worst ever - couldn't get their attention, and they were not friendly in the least. Additionally, the restaurant was dirty and the food poor quality.

I ordered a toasted six inch meatball sub and the sauce and meatballs were cold. I’ve call to let them know and they don’t answer the phone. Very disappointed!!
