Great customer service, in and out
The absolute worst sandwich I've ever had from Subway. I ordered the Cali turkey sub and it comes with bacon... Tell me why right when I start eating, i bite right into a piece of bone! Bone that was on the bacon! I got so paranoid I avoided finishing my sandwich afterwards. And I persistently check my teeth to see if I didn't break off a piece.. I'll be avoiding Subway for quite some time after this experience.
I wasted 1 1/2 Downloading the app AGAIN. I have children that don't like certain ingredients. Here in Canoga Park especially the one on Roscoe/ De Soto usually 80% of staff are accommodating to adjusting the order. Since it's less ingredients. The APP is purely set up it needs to be upgraded. This VAN NUYS AIRPORT LOCATION TOPS THE""""WORST""""" Customer service EVER! IN TH3 WHOLE SAN FERNANDO VALLEY! I was declined to adjust the 2 sandwiches! Then the man that was in charge was yelling that For promotional offer/purchases there'sNO CHEESE INCLUDED? WTFRUIT!!!!!!
This subway communication are really bad worst young lady not even perfect sandwich.
The heavy girl was making my sandwich like if she hates working there and I was polite from the beginning she needs to quit asap

Got there near five, it wasn't very busy. Service is typically good. Bring your appetite because portions are generous.
Service is typically great. It has an awesome atmosphere.
