Depending on the sandwich maker great location!! Usually all artist are in a great mood and make my order well.
First time I see in United States such a long lasting horrible place. How did they select their employees??? Every time you open the door and regret .They never say hi. Always with ignoring attitude. Like why you came to us? Today was a world record( don’t even want to speak about it). Probably this is a face of Subway?
I came into the store today with coupons I just received and was told that they don't except there own coupons smh why is a company like subway printing false advertising. This is wrong on so many levels and the customer service was rude bringing it the coupons. Don't print and mass send out coupons is you guys don't honor them!!
tl;dr - literally pick any other Subway in the areaAbsolutely terribly managed location, that is of course if they're actually is a manager after all. Literally every time I go in or call and have an issue the manager is not there whether it's the morning the afternoon or the evening.I ordered a sandwich on the app that was dreadfully messed up a few weeks ago, and when I called the store to tell them they had given me a BLT instead of a veggie delight, they said the manager was not in and he could not issue a refund but that they would write down my name so that they could give me a free replacement sandwich next time I come in. Sounds great.I called the next day first thing in the morning, and the manager is not in again. I'm speaking with a different employee this time who says she doesn't know anything about my messed up order or the employee who did it yesterday. I asked if I could speak with the manager directly and again was refused because they weren't there, even though I asked if they could simply direct my call there so I could speak with the manager even though they are not on site. They said no.I called the day after that, in the afternoon and no surprise, "the manager is not in" and I'm speaking with yet another different employee who has no idea what I am talking about and refuses to help connect me to the manager or even give me their name.So I wait for a full 7 days to go by and try to call the store during the exact time that I placed my original messed up order a week ago. I call and get yet another different employee. And guess what? You may be shocked to discover that the manager was not in.I already feel like I exerted way too much effort to try and get a refund on a sandwich I paid for but never got to eat, and if this wasn't just another terrible Subway, I would certainly open a ticket with the better Business bureau for this franchise. But I hope this review can help warn others to pick one of the other many subways in the area instead of this one, where you will be absolutely screwed if your order isn't perfect and double checked in front of the employees. besides, how great can a store be if it doesn't ever have a manager in it?I will come back here and update if I ever get my refund or free sandwich

Only 1 person working while another employee was sleeping at a table . 5 people waiting . They would not take my coupon for a free 20 0z soda. And the scanner did not work
Staff treated us so kindly. Prices are decent.
This place is absolutely one of my favorites. Certainly worth a return trip.
Girl owner overcharged for 3 footlong subs. And she never use plastic gloves to handle the subs very poor service
next time i'll be back with my coworkers.
