Bad service, and a very rude employee, I asked for the restroom, and she told me very rudely that she didn't have it. If they are seating clients, why don't they have a restroom available? If they cannot have a restroom, it is better to close the restaurant because they do not provide good service.
They want to make you repeat yourself 10xs because they don't pay attention when they ask you what you want. Then charge you full price even though they put the littlest possible in the order.
The worst customer service, I came in said please and thank you and when I asked if she could check if the avocado was ripe yet she rolled her eyes. Never comming back. This isn't the 1st time I've experienced just extreme unprofessional exchanges here.

I ordered the 2 Footlongs for $10 deal. Unfortunately, the deal which was an online coupon, only allowed placing your order online and paying in advance. So, by the time I actually made it to the location the sandwiches were cold (I ordered two meatball subs) and the bread was soggy. Although, I can only blame MYSELF for that. I only mention it so that in case you receive the online coupon, you'll know to wait until right before you get to the store to place your order... And even then, there's nothing like being able to SEE your sandwich being made so that you can be sure to get exactly what you want on your sandwich(es). As for this location, I do appreciate the fact that they are open later than most.
