This location as well as the one on Victory and Sepulveda don’t accept coupons anymore? How can you as a subway whether it’s a franchise or not accept coupons produced by your own company? Absolutely unfair and ridiculous. Some people who live paycheck to paycheck depend on coupons to eat. ?
I want to acknowledge Liliana for her wonderful customer service! She went above and beyond with making sure that we were satisfied with our sandwiches. She is amazing! Please recognize her hard work and kindness. It was just such a lovely experience to have Liliana help us. We will be back again!
I'll NEVER EVER go back!!! I was sick from the turkey sandwich.
Poor customer service.... I spent 10 bucks and they would not let me use the restroom. Food was not bad.. it's Subway.

The broccoli cheddar soup from here is what I imagine feet taste like. Their drink and ice machine didnt work and their fruit drinks looked like it was sitting there for weeks. To top it off, my cookies were stale :( Compared to other subways I’ve been to, this one needs to work on their presentation. At least I saw them baking fresh bread!
Refused to make the sandwich the way I wanted even so I was ready to pay extra.The stuff is rude.
I'm disappointed of this subway Luisa was so rude I asked for an Italian B.L.T and I wanted for the the Italian B.M.T . She was so rude and started arguing with me telling me that it was my fault and I told her she didn't have to be arguing with the customers. I understand I got confused but she was so rude and started arguing with me I used to come to this subway all the time and it is my first time that this happened to me. And I always ask my sandwich like that and I think they should make sure wich sandwich the customer wants and have a better customer service now I won't come back to this subway I got so upset I had to buy another sandwich!!
