Manager was a bit rude. The drinks do not come out the way they should be.
Love this Starbucks! Although the line is always long, the customer service is A+. There have been moments when my Frap wasn't made correctly, however, they were MORE than happy to help me get a new one made.
Up until today I’ve never had such a bitter taste and bad experience at a Starbucks location. I’ve never had an issue ordering a drink I’ve ordered for years and yet today was the first time someone gave me attitude and questioned my drink over the drive thru intercom. Last I checked I’m the customer the ones who’s paying and drinking the drink. Last I checked being in customer service, the customer is always right. I believe the young lady’s name that took my order was Faviola and when I asked at the window they tried to cover by not telling me her name when I asked. This was by far the worse experience I’ve had.
Nice a d friendly please, but they forgot half of my order. Waited more than 10 minutes, had to remind them. But they apologized a d made it immediately. No hard feelings.
The employees closed the doors at 9 pm even though they are supposed to be open till 10 pm. I ordered in-store pickup through the app but when I knocked on the door, the employees simply ignored me. I had to stand in line of a drive-through to get my order. What if I came on foot? By the time I get to window, my coffee is cold.
They open early , we meet here with the team once a month. Big and roomy.. great service
Jan 6th, 2022 Great Starbucks !Nice and friendly baristas, tasty and really strong espresso. The place is spotless clean, huge and cozy lobby and there are plenty tables outside. Conveniently located near Jon’s. Kudos to the staff members and management.
I love this store. This store is just like oasis to me. After long day work, I have to drive 2 hrs to home and this store provides exactly what I need. The resting.The crew always super nice. Especially, idk the name but one dude always remembered me (Carlos) all the time and he provided great customer service. Also between coworkers, their work mood is rainy great. It’s very friendly and family moods. This store has a vibes that I can have some relaxing time before long drive.BTW This is coffee store. Lets talk about coffee.This store makes great Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew. The ratio is just perfect…. JUST PERFECT…Not all Starbucks same.I am from East-coast area and I’ve been visited many Starbucks but this store is the only place that provides great salted caramel cold brews… I only drink this n this store is the best.Hope my review is helpful.Thanks.
It's a Starbucks with lots of tables and an open floor plan that makes it chill to get work done. The drive through though is hella slow. Like the slowest one I've ever experienced.
It would be nice to add our own cream and sweetener. Inconsistent coffee when employees add it for you. I come to Starbucks less often because of this. It makes you wonder whether they're if they are trying to save money on napkins and stir sticks. It's a poor excuse to blame it on Covid.
