By far the worst Starbucks coffee shop, I ask for a large caramel macchiato and I was given a large cup of ice , for the money I gave away I could of got a cup of ice for a dollar at McDonald's. Come Starbucks , you make money from us the customer , make it right for everyone from what it cost to make it correct you still make 120% profit

Whenever the shop or Plummer makes my order wrong, these people save the day. I’ve never had a cup of coffee I didn’t enjoy from here. They are far from my house and I wish Plummer would re-educate their baristas on the proper way to make coffee. But thank you guys for always coming through!
I stopped by here for my hot chocolate and bagel this morning before dropping my car off to the dealership. I used the drive thru since I think this Starbuck is outdoor mostly. The drive thru lane wasn't that busy but we got stuck because the exit is right next to the dumpster and it was being emptied. My hot chocolate and bagel was ready by the time I pulled up to the window. Since I have some balance under my account, I just let them scan my barcode and I was on my way. My hot chocolate was okay but it wasn't the best I had. Their bagel was good with the cream chesse.
The same as Froyozombie® and laugh all you want from a free treat offered by Starbucks but that's the difference between what you see as 1 star rating when i have 238K Views everyday threw Google maps versus what you may assume. This morning on December 11 2021. I witness an unpleasant customer abusing the staff. The staff were very professional to the j**** more than I would have been. I wanted to say thank you to the staff for being so professional. Also to the j**** show some humility and be a human.

Extremely slow service. Whether drive through or walk up window. Always disappointing !!
I have to say the employees are so friendly they even know the customers name before we even ask for the mobile order.. nice and friendly place and a good strong coffee is exactly what you need to start your day ?
Why is your location consistently the slowest of every Starbucks in the valley? Why is this the line just for online pickup orders that have already been paid, and the quoted wait time has already been waited?
